Automated Affiliate Payouts

Automated Affiliate Payouts: This feature enables businesses to effortlessly process payouts to affiliates, streamlining the process and saving valuable time in managing affiliate programs within the CRM.

Enhanced Control: Easily approve, deny, or manually handle payouts, maintaining control over financial transactions.
Detailed Tracking: Access comprehensive payout records and detailed transaction histories, ensuring transparency and accountability.
⭐️ Automated Affiliate Payouts:
Access the “Marketing” tab from the left navigation menu and click on Affiliate Manager>Payout from the upper navigation menu.
Switch to the “Approved for Payouts” tab to view the list of all approved payouts. Check the box next to the payouts or affiliate names you wish to pay.
Once you’ve selected the affiliates, click on the “Pay” button to pay multiple affiliates together.
Or click on the blue Pay icon next to the Affiliate Name/Payout to pay individually.
Select the payouts and review the payout details for final confirmation.
After clicking “Pay Now,” you’ll see successful payouts in the “Paid” tab.
You can click on the three dots to view the payout details.
Post successful payouts, here you can see the email received by the sender with the payout details.
Here you can see the email received by the receiver or affiliate.
Please note: If your PayPal Business account is not linked, you’ll see the below error message. Click on “**Link PayPal Account**” integrate and enable Paypal for Auto Payouts.
Payouts are only processed for affiliates who have a PayPal account added as their payout method. You’ll see an error icon and the option to “Add Account” for affiliates without a linked PayPal account.
With this new feature, the CRM empowers businesses to efficiently manage affiliate commissions, simplifying financial transactions and enhancing affiliate program effectiveness.
