Email Actions Available in Company and Custom Object Workflows
Previously, workflow email actions were limited to contact-type workflows. However, this made your work harder when dealing with companies or custom objects. So, we're excited to announce that Email Actions are now available in Company and Custom Object Workflows. Let’s learn how to use it!
⭐️ How To Use The Email Action in Company Or Custom Object Workflows?
In the Workflows tab in the Automation section, edit or create a Company or Custom Object workflow.
Click Add Action and search for Send Email.
Choose whether to send to the Earliest associated contact, Most recently associated contact, or All associated contacts.
Select the association labels to identify the contacts who should receive the email.

Automated Follow-Up Actions: Automate emails from Company and Custom Object workflows, giving you support for multiple custom business processes.
Multi-Relationship Management: Select up to 10 association labels for a single email action with confidence. If a contact matches multiple selected association labels, they will receive only one email.
Integrated Support: This helps you reach associated contacts without building additional workflow logic or manually triggering it, streamlining your process.
