The Dialer Refresh

Your Dialer is a powerful tool that allows you to contact customers. But, what if you need to redirect an incoming call? Or if you want it to refresh automatically? We’ve made a few improvements to the dialer, which allows you to access new features.

⭐️How Will These Changes Affect You:

• Automated Refresh: Start dialing a number the moment you click on the dialer. As you go, the system will automatically search your contacts for matches.

  

• Incoming Call Transfer: Previously, you could only transfer outgoing calls. Now, this is not a limitation! Enjoy doing call transfers even for incoming calls.

  

• Notes and Tags Integration: Once a call ends you can add notes or tags to the contact directly from the dialer, no need to open their contact card.

  

⭐️How To Use The Dialer Improvements?

To use these upgrades you will need to enable them first, from there they will be integrated into your dialer. With the option to disable the changes if needed.

1. Navigate to the Labs section inside your settings and toggle Dialer Refresh on.

   

2. Click the phone icon to access your dialer.

   

3. Now, you should see the Transfer options available for incoming calls.

   

4. Once the call is over select the Tags or Notes options. This will open the Tag selector or Note pad, after adding the information needed click save to apply the changes.

These improvements will be implemented across all accounts on 31 Mar 2025. They will bring your dialer game to the next level.
