Workflows help you manage your internal processes without effort. However, if you’re having trouble translating automation power into customer journey management, this new feature will simplify that process.

⭐️Why Is This Feature Beneficial To Your Company?

  • Upgraded Flexibility: Manage all changes to your contacts as they enter your sales pipelines with a hands-off approach that gives you full control and customization directly from your workflows.

  • Convenient Follow-Up: Update, assign, and remove opportunities with precise actions that ensure effectiveness and increase consistency.

  • Accurate Creation: Streamline your onboarding process by creating opportunities as they come, helping you improve your opportunity management.

⭐️How Does It Work?

We’ve added and improved a few Opportunity-related actions, let’s check which ones they are, what they do, and how to use them.

  1. “Find Opportunity” Action: This helps you quickly locate the earliest or latest opportunity for a contact. To use it set pipeline, stage, name, value, and any other relevant filters.

  2. “Create Opportunity” Action: Easily create a fresh opportunity in a specified pipeline/stage without affecting any existing record. To use it set pipeline, stage, name, value, and any other relevant details.

    2
  3. “Update Opportunity” Action: Modify fields (name, value, pipeline stage, etc.) of an existing opportunity. To use it set pipeline, stage, name, value, and any other relevant details.

    3
  4. “Add/Remove Owner from Opportunity” Action: Precisely assign or remove ownership of an opportunity, with optional syncing to the contact owner. To use it specify the user(s) you’d like to assign as owner(s).

    4
  5. “Add/Remove Follower(s) from Opportunity” Action: Control who receives updates about an opportunity’s progress, without creating duplicates or unwanted notifications. To use it specify the user(s).

    5
  6. “Remove Opportunity” Action: Remove the opportunity that triggered the workflow, one found in a prior step, or all opportunities in a pipeline.

These improvements and additions will make your opportunity management easier, removing unnecessary confusion, accidental overwrites, or unwanted changes. While adding more flexibility to your workflow’s capabilities!
