⭐️How To Use Instant Dashboard Insights?
First, create or edit a Conversation Bot. Make sure the bot you’re using is set to Auto-Pilot.
Navigate to the Bot Goals tab and select Transfer bot.
Click “+ New Bot Transfer” then select the bot you want to send the chat to.
Configure the scenario by adding the conditions under which the transfer should happen, such as the contact saying a key phrase.
Once satisfied, save your changes, and you’re done. This will start transferring customers between your bots, helping you narrow down the information and tone they manage for specialized service management without worrying about the conversation becoming unattended. Just like with an in-person team!
